Rental conditions

Minimum duration : three months, monthly renewable The minimum rental period of a lease starting 1st October is 4 months as it is not possible to terminate a lease's contract December 31.

Residence permit : valid or equivalent
Bank guarantee : obligatory, the equivalent of three months rent to be paid before the entrance inventory.

Insurances : obligatory, civil liability (RC) and household
Rent : monthly, has to be paid by the 5th of each month. All the expenses are included in our rents except telephone, gas and electricity costs.

Entrance Fees : 1st rent, administrative expenses and cleaning expenses shall be paid before the entrance inventory.
